Founder
FORR Health was built by Corey Forrester after over a decade working in addiction recovery as a specialist in exercise therapy and adaptive physiology.
During that time, multiple approaches were applied:
strength training, rehabilitation principles, performance training, structured routines, physiology awareness and real time adaptive training methods to control mood.
Individually, they worked.
But the results didn’t always hold.
Progress would happen—then disappear.
Control would return—then break.
The pattern was consistent.
It wasn’t a lack of knowledge.
It wasn’t a lack of willpower.
It wasn’t a lack of effort.
It was inconsistency driven by a nervous system that wasn’t stable.
The shift happened when everything was applied together,
with one central focus:
Consistent Nervous system regulation through applied adaptive physiology.
